Skill Development Program

Promoting Intellectual Skills of Learners

The skill development program improves the knowledge and intellectual abilities of the students. The program promotes the development of skills such as career planning and time management and building a professional reputation, as well as developing self-confidence and responsibility in the professional settings.

We assist the students to hone a range of communication and interpersonal skills, and a plethora of opportunities to participate in the seminars, conferences, publications and public performances. Through the skill development program, students can develop their skills, while gaining hands-on experience in the relevant fields. Students are able to gain real-time and work experience by approaching a problem in a technical manner, while balancing various other non-technical design criteria. Students are encouraged to develop their skills and increase their knowledge base in order to address the problems they might encounter both through competition and in real life scenarios. The International aspect of the competition exposes the students to various cultures and their correlation with design, creativity, problem solving tasks, teamwork and leadership.

The challenge of skill development will require both fundamental education reformation and significant enhancement of the complementary skill development. Elysium Foundation focuses primarily on the complementary skill development and strive continuously to create seamless paths within the education sector. While strengthening the complementary skill development, we focus on fostering efforts that will include initiatives with the goal of building scalable models.
