Through this programme, we develop entrepreneurs among rural people through advanced training in art & craft practices. Especially, painting such as traditional Tanjore painting.
Tanjore painting is an exquisite traditional art form and has a vibrant heritage. It is deeply rooted in tradition and still innovative within limits. Importantly this art is continued to be practiced in the present days; we provide these skills to protect our cultural heritage.
The primary objective of this project is to support and improve the existing organizational infrastructure that serves to enhance the livelihoods of rural Indians in a socially and economically sustainable manner.
